In recent years I achieved the ambition of working in the NHS Emergency Ambulance Service,
spending 7 years in Emergency Care before joining a Therapy Team in 2023.
I am currently a CIMSPA-endorsed GP Exercise Referral Practitioner and a Cancer Prehabilitation
Instructor in The New Forrest.
In my previous role as a Rehabilitation Instructor, I visited Patients in their homes and coached them.
Prescribing home exercise programmes for various conditions after referrals from GPs, as well as
catering for post-hospital rehabilitation needs.
I also have experience working within other Exercise Referral Schemes and as a Patient Care
Co-ordinator/Social Prescriber for local GP Surgeries.
I instruct Chair & Balance-based exercise classes, aimed at increasing strength, endurance,
flexibility and encouraging falls prevention. I also instruct circuit training and cycling classes

I have assisted Clients in developing confidence with their walking aids and developed strategies
for Clients to remain independent indoors and outdoors. I am experienced in reviewing mobility and
